When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, what you want to do (buy, sell, lease or invest off plan), your budget range and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share there.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, advise you on property, arrange viewings and keep you informed about relevant opportunities. We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our website platform (Wix) and our client records. We share details only where needed to act on your request, for example with a developer, a seller or a conveyancing partner, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we are advising you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
