We are based in the lobby of the 5-star Grosvenor House Hotel to ensure we maximize our ability to reach our client base. Walk-in business for us is a large part of who we are. ABOUT ABODE

We are a long established Boutique Brokerage company choosing to specialise in specific areas dictated by focusing on the market trends. Our ethos is to generate clients then align them to their chosen property.

CLIENTS

Our business focuses on 4 essential areas of growth. Existing Clients, Network Referrals, Repeat Business and Internal Marketing. We will give you the clients (leads) and the property. All you need to do is the close the business! (Deal)

MARKETING

We have an in house marketing team whose main aim is to focus on campaigns for lead generation on all social platforms and by doing daily mass email and SMS campaigns. All leads generated are for the developer sales team.

VIDEOGRAPHER

To back up our marketing and luxury branding we use our expert in house videographer and photographer. We market you to your clients and our luxury products in a branding campaign setup to make you "sell sunset".

PACKAGE

We are offering a basic salary plus commission, bonus, laptop and sim package.

WORKING HOURS

It's entirely up to you. We expect you to attend our morning brainstorming and update briefing then after that it's your call.

EARNING POTENTIAL

What you put in is what you get out. We will give you all the tools, support and training you need. You should set yourself a take home pay target of no less than AED50,000 per month.

SUPPORT

We offer full professional training on networking, building client relationships, how to follow up correctly and how do deal with high net worth clients. You will have access to in house marketing and experienced mentors as well as a huge library of Property Information.

The Role of a Dubai Property Broker

We have created a sales center environment in ABODE, Grosvenor House. Our idea is to emulate a developer sales center and be different from other brokerages. We have a shop front like a typical European Real Estate brokerage and we encourage walk-in businesses to browse the models of our specialist's projects. Your role is to be a professional. Where is my working location?

"Grosvenor House is our sales center location and we would expect you to do a lot of business here. However, your role would take you to our developer partner's sales centers frequently to learn about new launches and close your clients."
